<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="5" width="96%" align="center" border="0"><tbody><tr><td align="center"><font color="#ff0000" size="3"><b>少林指禅功</b></font> <hr align="center" width="96%" color="#eeeeee" noshade="true" size="1" />作者:互联网 来源:互联网</td></tr><tr><td class="ArticleSize">指掸功系少林武术中的一种硬气功,它充分体现了少林武功的“拳禅合一”、“内练一口气,外练筋骨皮”的特点,对于养生保健和竞技搏击两方面都有卓越的功效。在《少林拳术秘诀》一书中,记载有少林僧人一贯“专练一指之力,且习久生神,能于隔板壁数层,以食指插按,(别人)试贴身验之颇觉力透肤痛。倘插接过力,而皮肤显青紫痕,久之则筋骨亦为之牵痛,此神功绝术。”一贯传授黔人胡氏,胡氏“专肆力于一指,久之遂臻神化之境,为少林别开生面……;后游川、秦,所遇名家巨子,皆为胡一指所压服。至今川中与湘黔交址各地,每谈及胡之绝技,犹津津乐道,因一指之神通,有不可思议之妙!”书中关于指掸功的描述,似非杜撰。国内著名武术家海灯法师的绝技“二指禅”就名扬海内外,被赞为“功深面壁,绝技惊天”。指禅功虽功效甚宏,但习者并不多。这是因为它的锻炼方法虽朴实无华,但欲稍有成就非要持之以恒、刻苦练功不可;指禅功在武林中虽有流传,但各家对其精髓处,每秘而不宣。现笔者将武林前辈所授指禅功的练法和盘托出,供有兴趣者采用或参考。<br /> <p>  调心禅定除杂念<br />“禅”的本意即为静虑、深思。禅功不同于一般的武术外功,在于重视这一“禅”字;凡妨碍禅定调心的不良因家,如嫉妒、紧张、恐惧、惮劳、畏难、愤恨等杂念都必须屏除,从而在锻炼时务必不心猿意马,气血躁动。前辈师长授我们指禅功时,强调指出,不仅练功时要一心一意,做到“无眼耳鼻舌身意,无色声香味触法”,即使平常生活起居亦应心怀慈悲,与人为善,宽厚待人。应当说,除了某些宗教成分不足取外,这种强调练功时必须先做到清心寡欲、戒除妄念的禅定方法还是正确的。否则,就不可能取得“形神俱备,内外兼练”的特殊功效。<br />“金刚卧”和“倒卷龙”<br />一、初级阶段--:金刚卧”练功时,选择空气清新处(如静室或园林),以不受外界干扰为宜。先调摄心神,双脚开步站立,两目垂帘,舌抵上胯,徐徐呼吸,并以意导气至丹田。三、五分钟后,已能静心息虑,呼吸和顺,此为准备过程(师长传授我辈时,尚要求默诵佛家《般若波罗蜜多心经》三次,经中如“时照见五蕴皆空”,“无眼耳鼻舌身意”等语似乎是气功入静时的写照,可供参考)。<br />“金刚卧”:右手指触地支撑全身。两脚交剪伸直接地,左脚在前,右脚在后;右脚趾紧*左脚背。头颈、躯干、下肢伸直,决不可前后左右弯曲。右手最初用五指触地交持(须注意掌心不能触地,只能用指尖触地),随锻炼进展,常依次不用小指、无名指、中指(将它们弯曲收于掌心),而仅用四指、三指、二指支撑全身重量。倘能仅用二指支撑,即谓“二指掸”之初阶,此时功夫已达相当火候。左掌贴放丹田位置,并随呼吸而变化,详见下文。<br />二、高级阶段--“倒卷龙”右手触地支撑全身同“金刚卧”,唯两脚交剪不置于地,而是*于墙上(或树上、柱子上),成头手倒立,躯干与墙约成20度~30度角,其余均同上式。此式较难练,常须在“金刚卧”锻炼过一定阶段后再练习此式。左手位置亦随着呼吸而变化,详见下文。左右二手交替练习。如能仅以二指撑地,则为二指掸,功夫已臻上乘。<br /></p><p>  以气化力而“调息”<br />这是练指掸功极重要的一环。一些保守思想重者对此秘而不宣,结果使指掸功成了难度颇大的俯卧撑一类的外力训练。虽然有时也能取得相当大的锻炼效果,但已失去了内功的精髓。现将练“金刚卧”和“倒卷龙”时的呼吸方法说明如下:<br />一、吸气:舌尖轻抵上颚,吸气均匀深长,并以意导气,慢慢下沉至丹田,使放于丹田(脐下三寸半)的左掌心似乎有气到的感觉,须注意呼吸应用腹式呼吸,且不可憋气,深吸气不可过于勉强,应循序加深。<br />二、呼气:仍以意导气,想象蓄于丹田的饱满之气由丹田为起点向外奔泻而出。盖在丹田上的手掌骤然猛力甩出、伸直,如同出掌击人,同时想象丹田之气极快速地从两手指头处发泄而出,支撑于地的另一手亦骤然用劲,以指头抓地。舌尖下放,喉头中可轻轻发出“嗨”声。呼气完毕略停顿,保持静止姿式片刻。<br />以上一呼一吸交替进行,直至不能支撑,则起身稍事休息,再换手练习。“蓄于丹田,发于指端;吸气宜缓,呼气宜快;以意导气,禅心不乱。”调息是指掸功的要诀,不可忽视!<br />几点说明<br />一、本功单独练习可以强健身体,若配合其它武术锻炼,可以练就相当刚硬有力的鹰爪功(爪子劲),用于技击威力甚大。胜过用拳、掌,故又名为“金枪手”(形容指头坚硬如同枪矛),这是因为着力点小而钻透性大,如铁钉之易入木。<br />二、本功适宜于身体较康健者采用。有高血压、心脏病、关节肌肉疾患者不能练“倒卷龙”,以防不测。<br />三、锻炼指禅功应持之以恒,一般每天练习1次,每次0&#46;5~1小时。1月后就体力大增,手指变硬有力;但欲臻上乘,必须精勤不懈,长年坚持。<br />四、每次锻炼后须反复弯曲活动十指,以防有僵硬麻木之虞。<br />五、此处介绍之指禅功乃武林真实苦功夫,并非玄谈。故一心追逐怪异、欲练出“特异功能”者勿试。<br />附录:<br />般若波罗蜜多心经(唐三藏法师玄奘译)<br />观自在菩萨行深般若波罗蜜多时<br />照见五蕴皆空度一切苦厄<br />舍利子<br />色不异空空不异色<br />色即是空空即是色<br />受想行识亦复如是<br />舍利子<br />是诸法空相不生不灭<br />不垢不净不增不减<br />是故空中无色无受想行识<br />无眼耳鼻舌身意无色声香味触法<br />无眼界乃至无意识界<br />无无明亦无无明尽<br />乃至无老死亦无老死尽<br />无苦集灭道无智亦无得以无所得故<br />菩提萨陲依般若波罗蜜多故<br />心无挂碍无挂碍故无有恐怖<br />远离颠倒梦想究竟涅槃<br />三世诸佛依般若波罗蜜多故<br />得阿耨多罗三藐三菩提<br />故知般若波罗蜜多<br />是大神咒是大明咒是无上咒<br />是无等等咒能除一切苦真实不虚<br />故说般若波罗蜜多咒<br />即说咒曰揭谛揭谛波罗揭谛<br />波罗僧揭谛菩提娑婆诃<br />般若波罗蜜多心经</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="5" width="96%" align="center" border="0"><tbody><tr><td align="center"><font color="#ff0000" size="3"><b>武术内家八段锦精要</b></font> <hr align="center" width="96%" color="#eeeeee" noshade="true" size="1" />作者:互联网 来源:互联网 </td></tr><tr><td class="ArticleSize"><font size="2">  八段锦是我国传统养生术中的经典,有着比较好的健身效果,但是,在千百年的传承过程中,由于习练者各自不同的体悟,八段锦的练法也就呈现出百花齐放的局面。在我国武术的发展过程中,许多武术大家对八段锦特别偏爱,都或多或少练习过。这其中,讲究内在修为的武术内家流派尤其重视八段锦,其主要练法和社会上流行的有所不同。<br />  一、双手托天理三焦<br />  含胸拔背,自然站立,全身放松,两脚分开与肩同宽。两手掌心向上,手指自然分开,中指尖相向,从胸腹前如“托天”状慢慢向上托起。要真如“托天”一样用暗劲,做到“力从脚跟起,贯到泥丸宫”。托到顶门后,掌自然向外、向上翻转,中指尖始终相向,如此继续向上托起,托到不能再高时,用暗劲一、二、三、四、五、六、七、八,向上顶八次。注意须用意、用暗劲向上顶,胳膊不可上下弯曲、晃动,臂肘始终是直的。做完八个动作后,手臂自然向两边松垂下来,同时全身放松,自然松一口气。稍歇一会儿后,再做下一遍运动,共做八遍六十四个暗劲动作。<br />  “泥丸宫”,俗称顶门,即婴儿头骨未合处。<br /><br />  二、左右开弓似射雕<br />  含胸拔背,马步站立做到“三平”。“三平”,即小腿与地面垂直,大腿与小腿连成直角,身背又与大腿垂直,做到“三平”很难,年老与体虚的人,可根据自己的身体条件,适当站立即可,不可强求。<br />  站好后,左手虎口张开,食指上指,其它四指如握弓背状,右手如拉弓弦,从胸前用暗劲左右拉开。左手向左一直伸展,同时目视左前方,如欲射大雕状。左手完全伸展后,左右手依旧用暗劲一个伸,一个拉,左手向左再顶八次,然后自然松开、收回,同时全身放松,松一口气。稍歇一会儿后,再换向右方做一遍,也顶八次。如此左右各做八遍。T`[<br />  注意向左右用暗劲顶时,伸直的手臂不能弯曲或来回收缩,始终用的是暗劲,从外表上看不出来。<br />  三、调理脾胃单举手<br />  四、五劳七伤往后瞧<br />  全身放松,自然站立,两脚分开与肩同宽。两手手指自然分开,相向,从腹前开始,右手掌心向上,向上慢慢托举;左手掌心向下,向下慢慢按压。右手托到头一侧时,掌心自然向外翻转,逐渐上举如“托天”状,手臂一直伸到不能再伸时,左手也下压,中指尖自然指向前方,压到不能再压时,腰带动上半身向左转,转到不能再转时,两手用暗劲一个向上举,一个向下压,同时两眼用力瞧右脚跟。这样举、压、瞧,一、二、三、四、五、六、七、八,连续做八次后,两手松回,上半身也转正,同时全身松一口气。稍歇一会儿,再换过左手举,右手压。如此反复左右侧各做八遍。E5O<br />  传统上这两段分开来做。我多年的实践,证明这两段合起来做,效果更好。做这两段动作时,两腿始终是站直的,不能稍打弯曲。腰也不能来回扭动,而是始终朝一个方向转。<br />  五、怒目攒拳增气力<br />  马步站立,含胸拔背,上身、大、小腿做到“三平”;两手如卷饼式握拳,并以内劲紧贴腰间,拳心向上;两目怒视前方;用暗劲将右拳慢慢冲出,拳心自然翻转向下。冲到不能再冲时,手臂已直,依势用暗劲再向前冲八次。然后全身松开站立,自然松一口气。稍休息一会儿后,换为左手冲拳。如此左右各做八遍。<br />  如卷饼式握拳,也是暗劲,这样拳才能攒得紧。不但“攒拳”要“怒目”,“两手托天”、“左右开弓”、“单手举”、“往后瞧”以及后面要解说的“摇头摆尾”、“起踮”等,也要“怒目”。“怒目”,能提起全身精神,使一身精、气、神贯足,也锻炼了眼睛视力。戏剧大师如梅兰芳他们的眼神,也都是经过了锻炼的。“怒目”二字,不可忽视。<br /><br />  六、两手攀足固肾腰<br />  全身自然站立,放松;两脚分开与肩同宽。两手用暗劲向后、向上、向前、向下连续慢慢划弧,指尖伸向足前;手臂向下划弧时,上半身带同腰也一齐下划。手伸到不能再伸时,依势用暗劲向足前下压八次,然后全身松开,恢复原站位,同时松一口气,稍休息一会儿,再做下一遍动作。共做八遍。<br />  这一段运动中,两腿始终是直的,不能打弯;两臂也不能弯曲。有的人身子缺乏运动,比较僵硬,开始“攀”不到足,但锻炼久了循序渐进,也可渐渐“攀”到足。有的人身子软活,手能很容易地“攀”到足,此时可用两手压足前的地面,或手臂稍曲,以两肘“攀足”,使两腿与腰部有绷紧的感觉,即可达到锻炼的效果。s=<br />  这一段还有两个要领必须掌握,即“两手攀足”时,头颈必须完全放松,脑袋如垂瓜一般,两手臂也要完全放松。下压“攀足”时,不能上下屈伸,而是用暗劲依次向下压。<br />  我认为,这样依法运动,不但能“固肾腰”,还能有效预防“脑猝中”,即脑血栓一类的疾病,因为这一套运动可使脑血管保持通畅,对健身强体大有益处。但老年人做这套运动时,尽可能慢一点,以身体感觉舒畅为度,慢慢达到要求的标准。也可在起床前,两手指肚(不可用指甲)紧贴头皮,从前到后梳头50次,使血液通畅,再下床做这套运动,则更觉适宜了。 <br /><br />  七、摇头摆尾去心火<br />  全身放松站立,两脚分开,比肩略宽。以腰带动上半身,如太极拳之“搂膝拗步”向右转,同时右手向右划,左手向右前方推,右脚、左脚以脚跟为圆心,自然外摆、内扣,两腿自然曲成弓步。左手推到不能再推时,右手自然向下压在体一侧。接着左手再用暗劲向前推八次。再用太极拳之“搂膝拗步”法,左手从体前向左侧划,右手向左前方推,以腰带动上半身亦向左侧转来,注意此时头即上半身应尽量转向左侧,左脚、右脚自然外摆、内扣,这才是真正的“摇头摆尾”。右手推到不能再推时,用暗劲向前再推八次。如此左右反复,各做八次。<br />  有的传授教人做这一节时,摇摇头,摆摆屁股就完了,这不能达到真正“去心火”的目的。收功后,全身松一口气,休息片刻,再进行下一个动作。<br /><br />  八、最后起踮百病消 <br />  全身放松站立,两脚自然分开,与肩同宽。身体缓缓上引,脚跟自然离地,引到不能再引时,用两脚尖支撑全身站立,直到不能支持时,脚跟缓缓着地,随即松一口气,如此共做八遍。此段过去作“背后七颠百病消”,用脚跟提起顿地,连做七次。这个方法不好,脚跟顿地容易使脑部受到震荡。我将“七颠”改为“起踮”,并改了运动的方式,如此才有益于健康。<br /><br />  做这套内家八段锦的时候,要时时记着“道法自然”的训言。得法与否,存乎一心。要反复练习,仔细体味,直到能够自如运用。呼吸要自然,千万不能憋气。动作要自然、舒展、大方。用意,用暗劲、内劲,不用拙力、僵力。每个人要根据自己的身体条件,循序渐进地练习,持之以恒地练习,逐渐达到纯熟境地。长年累月不间断地锻炼,必有奇效。<br />  从运动量来说,最好每天能做两次,早晚各一次。如早晚时间难以安排,每个人也可按自己的条件,灵活地选择其中一些式子,随时随地练习。如走路时可常踞起脚跟,久久自会有奇效发生&#46;</font><br /></td></tr></tbody></table>

/>本功为少林寺秘传指功真谛。古朴易学,进步神速,功效奇大,苦练30日即可达到双臂二指禅靠墙倒立、铁指开砖碎瓦、凌空插碎1—3厘米厚木板、捏碎酒杯、砖块、核桃、折断铜钱,击穿碗碟等奇效。功成后手指坚硬愈钢,铁指开砖如泥,手如钢爪般抓树撕皮,搓石成粉,并能演示一指禅倒立,一指钻砖、二指走路,剑指开顽石等铁指神功,随意挥手即可碎砖断石,瞬间致敌于伤残!<br />据传明代弘能法师以精于此技而名震武林,其手到之处刚猛绝伦,抓树留痕,抓肉成洞,以一双钢抓铲除邪恶,行侠仗义,使其武林生涯充满了神奇的色彩!近代佛门高僧少林海灯法师更以擅长此技而名扬海内外!当代传人覃建峰老师浅习此功亦收到了极为惊人的效果,他不单可以演示单臂二指禅倒立,还可以三指折断古铜钱,手抓碎核桃,铁指断石条及盘腿二指走路、凌空叉碎木板等,以真功绝技名扬中外武坛。现在他把此功毫无保留的献出来,实乃难人可贵之精神,望有缘之士习之、珍之!因此技练成,功力非常厉害,易于实战中重创对手,故凡练此功者万不可滥用,应以德服人,尚武更应尚德方可大成!<br />一、气贯龙爪<br />凡练习本功均以此式为开始和收功。<br />练法:双脚平行分开略与肩宽,高马步站立,双手左右分开抬起与肩同高,伸直成一直线,掌心向下,十指张开伸直,意想丹田之气连绵不断地象水一样涌向指尖,并从指尖喷射出来,采用细、长、匀的自然呼吸法,用鼻吸气,用口呼气,保持10—15分钟即可接练后面的内容。<br />功效:此式为铁指功筑基之术,能迅速将人体丹田之气贯注于手指增强内劲,并可增加双手血液循环,以不致于练功之时手指受伤!<br />二、指禅功<br />练法:以双手十指撑地双臂伸直,身体俯卧成一直线,意想丹田之气源源不断地涌向十指尖,十指缓缓深陷入地面,气流通过指尖透入大地深处,习练数分钟即可。当能一次性坚持5分钟后,即可将双手小指减去,以8指支撑一次性可达5分钟后,再减去双手无名指,以此类推。当可练到仅以双臂二指支撑达5分钟以上时,即可将双脚垫物逐渐提高,当提高至倒立状态时,双臂二指禅倒立则可大功告成。如以双臂拇指,食指支撑更容易练成二指禅倒立,多勤加练习,则可练成一指禅倒立功,但指禅功必须按步就班练习,不可贪功暴进,以免手指受伤<br />功效:可表演二指禅倒立,二指走路,金刚一指禅及铁指按丁入木等!<br />三、鹰爪功<br />练法:1、备一对各重10斤的圆铁球,两手各抓一个自然垂于身体左右两侧,意想丹田之气达十指,随意行走5分钟即可接练下式。<br />2、备酒坛一个,坛口大小以适合五指抓拿为宜,先放入10斤铁砂(亦可用河沙或石子等重物代替放入),以双手轮换上下抓提,左手类了换右手,双手共练习5分钟,当可以一次性抓提5分钟时可再加入五斤铁砂再练习,每次增加5斤,增至50斤仍能轻松抓提达5分钟之久,十指之力大异常人。<br />3:备20斤重的铁砂袋一个(可用绿豆或大米代替),双手快速轮换抓提,双手共练习5分钟即可,当练至一次性可轻松抓提10分钟时即可大功告成,指劲厉害非凡!<br />功效:十指犹如刚爪,可捏碎核桃、抓树撕皮,抓人成洞,捏碎砖块、酒杯、竹筒、折断铜钱、拔丁出板等!<br />四、铁叉手<br />歌诀:气从丹田发,瞬间五指插。<br />指皮退三层,有志事竟成。<br />十指磨锋利,肉指变铁叉。<br />练法:备大桶一个,盛满大米,面队桶马步站立,先吸一口气,再猛用力将手迅速插入米内,插的同时喷气,并发出“嗨”声助力,意想手深深地插入大地,并将地面击出一个深坑来,双手轮换练习共10分钟即可,100日后将桶内的米换成绿豆,插绿豆满百日后再将少许绿豆倒出,加入少许铁砂练习,并逐日减少绿豆的数量而增加铁砂,当全部换成纯铁砂练习满百日后则手指坚硬如铁,十指如铁叉般锋利威武。<br />功效:可瞬间洞穿牛腹,插肉成洞,击穿碗碟,戳断石条,铁指开砖,手背断砖等!<br />五、透骨力<br />练法:先用四根松紧带把一块长宽均为35厘米厚1厘米的木板四角转孔穿上带子平行拉好固定悬于空中于肩同高,面队木板站立,先吸一口气,并意想丹田之气贯于指,瞬间插击木板同时喷气,并以“嗨”声助力,意思、想手指将木板击成四分五裂,要做到快、准、狠,坚信自己必可将木板击碎,双手共练习5分钟,当练至一下即可插碎一块木板时,再加多一块,如一次性可凌空击碎五块一厘米厚的木板时即大功告成!<br />功效:可凌空插碎酒瓶或数厘米后的木板,用于搏击制敌迅猛厉害,一击必杀!<br />六、点穴功<br />练法:备20斤重的大米带一个吊于空中与肩同高,用中、食指二指击之,每天双手共练五分钟,当可将吊袋击荡出一米外时再往袋内加入大米,大约每十天增加2斤,练至1年即可将百余斤重的吊袋用二指击出一米以外即功成!<br />功效:可达指触人倒,刺击敌人要穴等,用于点穴实战格斗威力无比!<br />七、摧坚破硬术<br />表演铁指功的项目众多,现仅举几例供大家参考!<br />1、击破碗碟:是最容易表演的铁指功之一,先备一个大瓦碗或碟,用左手紧拿着碗,碗口略向下倾斜,将丹田之气贯于右手中食二指,瞬间猛力用指侧敲击碗的内侧,即可轻而易举地将碗击破,也可用食指一指破碗!<br />2、折断铜钱:备古铜钱一枚,用右手食中二指捏住铜钱的背面上下边缘处,拇指捏住正面方孔处,将丹田之气贯于三指,瞬间发力,正反二力合一铜钱即被折断!<br />3、抓碎核桃:手同时握2-3个核桃,将丹田之气贯于指掌,五指瞬间发力猛抓核桃立碎,功深者仅用拇食二指即可捏碎!<br />4、凌空碎木:备长宽均35厘米的衫木板或松木板用火烤干,用线吊起与肩同高,将丹田之气贯于右手五指,瞬间插击木板的中央,以最快的速度猛然发力木板立碎!<br />5、铁指开砖:备红砖三块,放在坚硬的石台上,将丹田之气贯于右手中食而指至胸前,以最讯猛的速度戳击砖的中央,并同时喷气发“嗨”声助力,即可二指断砖!<br /><br />八、练功须知<br />1、练功1小时内手勿洗冷水,可用热水洗干净,用毛巾擦干。<br />2、每次开始及收功均需练10分钟气贯龙爪。<br />3、每次练功前后均需用药擦手三分钟,用药方法同铁掌功药方一样(外用药:用中药透骨草200克泡40—60度的白酒1公斤,浸20日即成铁砂掌酒,大凡修炼铁掌功者,必须用药去除铁砂之毒性,并可舒筋活血增加功力加快功效,故习练铁掌劲功者,不仅练就了硬功,更可使铁砂药性渗透入肌腕手掌,使其筋骨坚实强硬,具备杀伤力之掌力,击人即倒。本方经我多名弟子学员试用效果很是不错,比起日前社会上流行的“食盐加地骨皮”所谓之“易筋汤”方便实用得多!)。<br />4、多玩健身球,可以使手指更灵活,内力更充足,并有提神键脑的作用。<br />5、过度的性生活及饮酒会造成手指练功疼痛无法集中劲力等现象,适量无妨。<br />6、如受时间体力所限,可单选一两式习之功也很好,但仍需用药及习气贯龙爪。<br />后言<br />少林寺秘传指功真谛。古朴易学,进步神速,功效奇大,苦练30日即可达到双臂二指禅靠墙倒立、铁指开砖碎瓦、凌空插碎1—3厘米厚木板、捏碎酒杯、砖块、核桃、折断铜钱,击穿碗碟等奇效。功成后手指坚硬愈钢,铁指开砖如泥,手如钢爪般抓树撕皮,搓石成粉,并能演示一指禅倒立,一指钻砖、二指走路,剑指开顽石等铁指神功,随意挥手即可碎砖断石,瞬间致敌于伤残!<br />据传明代弘能法师以精于此技而名震武林,其手到之处刚猛绝伦,抓树留痕,抓肉成洞,以一双钢抓铲除邪恶,行侠仗义,使其武林生涯充满了神奇的色彩!近代佛门高僧少林海灯法师更以擅长此技而名扬海内外!当代传人覃建峰老师浅习此功亦收到了极为惊人的效果,他不单可以演示单臂二指禅倒立,还可以三指折断古铜钱,手抓碎核桃,铁指断石条及盘腿二指走路、凌空叉碎木板等,以真功绝技名扬中外武坛。现在他把此功毫无保留的献出来,实乃难人可贵之精神,望有缘之士习之、珍之!因此技练成,功力非常厉害,易于实战中重创对手,故凡练此功者万不可滥用,应以德服人,尚武更应尚德方可大成!<br />一、气贯龙爪<br />凡练习本功均以此式为开始和收功。<br />练法:双脚平行分开略与肩宽,高马步站立,双手左右分开抬起与肩同高,伸直成一直线,掌心向下,十指张开伸直,意想丹田之气连绵不断地象水一样涌向指尖,并从指尖喷射出来,采用细、长、匀的自然呼吸法,用鼻吸气,用口呼气,保持10—15分钟即可接练后面的内容。<br />功效:此式为铁指功筑基之术,能迅速将人体丹田之气贯注于手指增强内劲,并可增加双手血液循环,以不致于练功之时手指受伤!<br />二、指禅功<br />练法:以双手十指撑地双臂伸直,身体俯卧成一直线,意想丹田之气源源不断地涌向十指尖,十指缓缓深陷入地面,气流通过指尖透入大地深处,习练数分钟即可。当能一次性坚持5分钟后,即可将双手小指减去,以8指支撑一次性可达5分钟后,再减去双手无名指,以此类推。当可练到仅以双臂二指支撑达5分钟以上时,即可将双脚垫物逐渐提高,当提高至倒立状态时,双臂二指禅倒立则可大功告成。如以双臂拇指,食指支撑更容易练成二指禅倒立,多勤加练习,则可练成一指禅倒立功,但指禅功必须按步就班练习,不可贪功暴进,以免手指受伤<br />功效:可表演二指禅倒立,二指走路,金刚一指禅及铁指按丁入木等!<br />三、鹰爪功<br />练法:1、备一对各重10斤的圆铁球,两手各抓一个自然垂于身体左右两侧,意想丹田之气达十指,随意行走5分钟即可接练下式。<br />2、备酒坛一个,坛口大小以适合五指抓拿为宜,先放入10斤铁砂(亦可用河沙或石子等重物代替放入),以双手轮换上下抓提,左手类了换右手,双手共练习5分钟,当可以一次性抓提5分钟时可再加入五斤铁砂再练习,每次增加5斤,增至50斤仍能轻松抓提达5分钟之久,十指之力大异常人。<br />3:备20斤重的铁砂袋一个(可用绿豆或大米代替),双手快速轮换抓提,双手共练习5分钟即可,当练至一次性可轻松抓提10分钟时即可大功告成,指劲厉害非凡!<br />功效:十指犹如刚爪,可捏碎核桃、抓树撕皮,抓人成洞,捏碎砖块、酒杯、竹筒、折断铜钱、拔丁出板等!<br />四、铁叉手<br />歌诀:气从丹田发,瞬间五指插。<br />指皮退三层,有志事竟成。<br />十指磨锋利,肉指变铁叉。<br />练法:备大桶一个,盛满大米,面队桶马步站立,先吸一口气,再猛用力将手迅速插入米内,插的同时喷气,并发出“嗨”声助力,意想手深深地插入大地,并将地面击出一个深坑来,双手轮换练习共10分钟即可,100日后将桶内的米换成绿豆,插绿豆满百日后再将少许绿豆倒出,加入少许铁砂练习,并逐日减少绿豆的数量而增加铁砂,当全部换成纯铁砂练习满百日后则手指坚硬如铁,十指如铁叉般锋利威武。<br />功效:可瞬间洞穿牛腹,插肉成洞,击穿碗碟,戳断石条,铁指开砖,手背断砖等!<br />五、透骨力<br />练法:先用四根松紧带把一块长宽均为35厘米厚1厘米的木板四角转孔穿上带子平行拉好固定悬于空中于肩同高,面队木板站立,先吸一口气,并意想丹田之气贯于指,瞬间插击木板同时喷气,并以“嗨”声助力,意思、想手指将木板击成四分五裂,要做到快、准、狠,坚信自己必可将木板击碎,双手共练习5分钟,当练至一下即可插碎一块木板时,再加多一块,如一次性可凌空击碎五块一厘米厚的木板时即大功告成!<br />功效:可凌空插碎酒瓶或数厘米后的木板,用于搏击制敌迅猛厉害,一击必杀!<br />六、点穴功<br />练法:备20斤重的大米带一个吊于空中与肩同高,用中、食指二指击之,每天双手共练五分钟,当可将吊袋击荡出一米外时再往袋内加入大米,大约每十天增加2斤,练至1年即可将百余斤重的吊袋用二指击出一米以外即功成!<br />功效:可达指触人倒,刺击敌人要穴等,用于点穴实战格斗威力无比!<br />七、摧坚破硬术<br />表演铁指功的项目众多,现仅举几例供大家参考!<br />1、击破碗碟:是最容易表演的铁指功之一,先备一个大瓦碗或碟,用左手紧拿着碗,碗口略向下倾斜,将丹田之气贯于右手中食二指,瞬间猛力用指侧敲击碗的内侧,即可轻而易举地将碗击破,也可用食指一指破碗!<br />2、折断铜钱:备古铜钱一枚,用右手食中二指捏住铜钱的背面上下边缘处,拇指捏住正面方孔处,将丹田之气贯于三指,瞬间发力,正反二力合一铜钱即被折断!<br />3、抓碎核桃:手同时握2-3个核桃,将丹田之气贯于指掌,五指瞬间发力猛抓核桃立碎,功深者仅用拇食二指即可捏碎!<br />4、凌空碎木:备长宽均35厘米的衫木板或松木板用火烤干,用线吊起与肩同高,将丹田之气贯于右手五指,瞬间插击木板的中央,以最快的速度猛然发力木板立碎!<br />5、铁指开砖:备红砖三块,放在坚硬的石台上,将丹田之气贯于右手中食而指至胸前,以最讯猛的速度戳击砖的中央,并同时喷气发“嗨”声助力,即可二指断砖!<br />八、练功须知<br />1、练功1小时内手勿洗冷水,可用热水洗干净,用毛巾擦干。<br />2、每次开始及收功均需练10分钟气贯龙爪。<br />3、每次练功前后均需用药擦手三分钟,用药方法同铁掌功药方一样(外用药:用中药透骨草200克泡40—60度的白酒1公斤,浸20日即成铁砂掌酒,大凡修炼铁掌功者,必须用药去除铁砂之毒性,并可舒筋活血增加功力加快功效,故习练铁掌劲功者,不仅练就了硬功,更可使铁砂药性渗透入肌腕手掌,使其筋骨坚实强硬,具备杀伤力之掌力,击人即倒。本方经我多名弟子学员试用效果很是不错,比起日前社会上流行的“食盐加地骨皮”所谓之“易筋汤”方便实用得多!)。<br />4、多玩健身球,可以使手指更灵活,内力更充足,并有提神键脑的作用。<br />5、过度的性生活及饮酒会造成手指练功疼痛无法集中劲力等现象,适量无妨。<br />6、如受时间体力所限,可单选一两式习之功也很好,但仍需用药及习气贯龙爪。<br />后言<br 少林内硬十三太保横练功历来就乃轻易不传之功,属少林武术绝学,乃镇寺之功!此功法重视练气(内功),尤重养气,它不但练开砖碎石的功力(外功,横练之法),而且还练瞬息万变的真气,即丹田之气也。它虽名为“横练功”,实乃内外兼修之优秀功法,注重内练精气神,外练筋骨皮!<br />  少林武术在实战中的特点是朴实大方,出手明快,进逼沉猛。三十太保横练功在技击中尚有明劲、暗劲伤敌之法。所谓明劲者,即拳之刚劲,即练精化气,易骨之道;所谓暗劲者,拳中之柔韧也,不过柔韧与软不同,因软中无力,柔并非无力,乃练气化神易筋之道。<br />  少林内硬十三太保横练功分十三太保内气功、十三太保内爆功、十三太保横练功三部分组成。其中内气功乃从少林养生软性气功演化而来,此功的目的为培养内气,强身健体,疗疾养生;内爆功乃从少林硬气功中之优秀内功演化而来,目的为激发自身潜力,强化爆发力,为横练做基础;横练功则为少林七十二艺之精华,目的乃让习者修习成开砖碎石,任人击打无碍的金钢不坏之身。<br />  一般身体素质者习练内气功3—10日便会产生气感,全身精神焕然一新,精力充沛,坚持修习1—3个月则可根治许多疾病(如高低血压病、失眠、肾亏、月经不调等),实乃养生祛病之法宝!习内爆功3—10日会劲力大增、耐力十足,1—3个月足以激发自身潜能,再配合横练功修习则足以让习者于5—15日即可头、臂、拳、掌、指、肘、膝、脚开砖1—5块,1—3个月可全身(除眼部、裆部)抗普通人重击、棒打而无碍,开砖碎石乃举手之劳,并可发出强大的攻击力、透骨力,让每个对手都吃不消,自卫搏击时可产生一招制敌之效!到那时,你就会被少林真传功夫所折服!<br />  现许多硬派功法只注重外功训练,不讲究内功修练,此乃误人也。就算修习出些许功夫也乃蛮力所致,根本无丹田真气支持,有损身心健康。《少林易筋经》曰:若专培无形而弃有形,则不可,专练有形而弃无形,则更不可,所以有形之身必得无形之气相倚而不相违,乃成不坏之身。没相违而不相倚,则有形亦化为无形矣!<br />  为了让那些渴望学到真功而无能力修习的武术初习者学到真功,也为了发扬少林武术,特将此套珍藏修习十余年的少林内硬十三太保横练功详细介绍给各武友,望刻苦习之。<br />  <br />  一、十三太保内气功:<br />  罗汉归位<br />  习者选择一处空气流通、安静的室内外练功。全身放松,两脚分开稍比肩宽,两膝微曲,含胸拔背,双臂抬起放于胸前,如抱球状。舌抵上腭,双目微闭。<br />  呼吸为鼻吸鼻呼。吸气时要缓慢深长吸,尽量多吸些时间(不许憋气),同时腹部鼓起,呼气亦为缓慢均匀长呼,同时腹部内收。<br />  意念丹田部位有一火球,天地万物之精华源源不断涌向丹田火球汇聚,之后再通过丹田火球散发到全身各个部位,全身感到温暖舒服。<br />  练功时间不限,一般来说习练15分钟为宜,长则30—40分钟足矣。一天习练1—3次即可。常练此功可对多种疾病有治疗及辅助治疗之效,病人应多修习,切勿轻视。无病者也应常习,它可让你精力充沛,尽快练出丹田真气。<br />  若习者修习一段时间后,身上有热、胀、跳、麻、痒及打嗝、放**等属正常现象,不必理会,也不可刻意追求这种现象,应顺其自然。<br />  <br />  二、十三太保内爆功:<br />  十三太保内爆功共十三式,此处只介绍十式,其余三式难度较大,自习不易掌握,故不介绍。实践证明,仅修十式决不会影响功效,习者可放心练习。<br />  一式:罗汉虎啸<br />  习者自然站立,双脚分开略比肩宽,眼微闭,舌抵上腭,含胸拔背,全身放松。双手叉于两腰侧,自然呼吸,意守丹田,不可有过多杂念。<br />  站好后以鼻深吸气,意念天地万物之精华由鼻吸入,通过喉咙传至膻中穴直达丹田(以下几式吸气入丹田路线均如此,以下每式就不多言)。同时双脚跟抬起,待气吸至不能吸时(吸满后)由嘴大喊一声“哈”(若大喊不便,可改为以鼻猛喷气发“哼”声),意念丹田之真气由丹田至膻中至喉咙通过嘴发声喷泻出去,同时双脚跟用力着地,全身崩紧,双眼睁开怒视前方,之后呼气放松。<br />  如此习49次后可接习下一式(初习者若吃不消可习36次,逐渐增至49次)。<br />  二式:罗汉降龙<br />  习者双脚分开略比肩宽,双膝弯屈成高马步站立,双手握拳置于两腰际,拳心向上,意守丹田,目视前方,全身放松。<br />  习者以鼻深吸气,意念天地万物之精华由鼻吸入至丹田,待吸至不能吸时,大喊一声“哈”,同时双手内旋,使拳心向下,经胸前向前用力打出,意念丹田之真气通过双拳面喷泻而出,双眼怒视前方。之后呼气放松。<br />  如此习49次后可接习下一式。<br />  三式:罗汉伏虎<br />  习者双脚分开略比肩宽,双膝弯屈成高马步站立,双手成掌型置于两腰侧,掌心向上,下颌微收,目视前方,意守丹田,全身放松,自然呼吸。<br />  以鼻深吸气,意念天地万物之精华被吸入丹田,同时双掌向上抬起至胸部,双膝也跟着抬起,由高马步站直。待吸至不能吸时大喊一声“哈”,同时双掌内旋,掌心向下,用力向下压击,双膝也跟着成高马步。意念丹田之真气通过双掌劳宫穴喷泻而出。之后呼气放松。<br />  如此习49次后可改习下一式。<br />  四式:罗汉劈山<br />  双脚分开略比肩宽,双膝微屈成高马步站立,双手向上举起,掌心向前,双臂贴住耳朵,目视前方,意守丹田,全身放松。<br />  以鼻深吸气,意念天地万物之精华被吸入丹田,待吸至不能吸时大喊一声“哈”,同时双手由两侧向下用力劈击。意念丹田之真气通过双掌劳宫穴喷泻而出。之后呼气放松。<br />  如此习49次后可接习下一式。<br />  五式:罗汉拔树<br />  习者自然站立,双脚分开略比肩宽,双臂自然放于两腿侧,目视前方,意守丹田,全身放松。<br />  以鼻深吸气,意念天地万物之精华被吸入丹田,同时双臂由两侧举起至胸部,成抱球状,双膝弯屈成低马步。意念双臂抱住一棵参天大树。<br />  待吸至不能吸时,大喊一声“哈”,同时双膝慢慢抬起,双臂用力崩紧向上拔,意念参天大树被连根拔起,双膝伸直后呼气放松。<br />  如此习49次后接习下一式<br />  六式:罗汉分山<br />  习者自然站立,双脚分开略比肩宽。双臂侧平举,掌心向下,十指向外,自然呼吸,意守丹田,全身放松。<br />  习者以鼻深吸气,意念天地万物之精华被吸入丹田,同时两臂屈伸弯曲,内收于肩部,掌立起来,掌心向外,十指向上。<br />  待吸至不能吸时,大喊一声“哈”,同时双掌向左右用力平推出去,意念丹田真气通过双掌劳宫穴喷泻出去,之后呼气放松。<br />  如此习49次后接习下一式。<br />  七式:罗汉聚气<br />  习者自然站立,双脚分开略比肩宽,双手叉腰(与第一式罗汉虎啸相同),下颌内收,眼直视前方,意守丹田,自然呼吸,全身放松。<br />  以鼻深吸气,意念天地万物之精华被吸入丹田部位,待吸至不能吸时,闭气(即不吸也不呼),以喉发“嗯”声,同时全身上下全部绷紧,眼怒视前方,牙齿紧叩,双腿双臂用力绷紧,腹胸向外鼓劲、提肛,十脚趾用力抓地,全身上下无一处不紧。如此保持绷劲持续6—10秒后呼气放松(呼气不可骤吐)。保持崩劲时意念丹田真气充斥全身每个部位,将四面八方飞来的无数石块全部碰碎。<br />  如此一松一紧为一次,习49次后可接习下一式。<br />  八式:罗汉抱膀<br />  习者双脚分开略比肩宽,双膝微屈成高马步站立,右手放在左肩上,左手放在右肩上,双臂在胸前交叉,左臂在外,右臂在内(女子相反)。眼直视前方,自然呼吸,意守丹田,全身放松。<br />  <br /><br />  以鼻深吸气,意念天地万物之精华被吸入丹田,待吸至不能吸时,闭气,以喉发“嗯”声,全身上下绷紧,意念同第七式,如此持续6—10秒后呼气,放松。<br />  如此习49次后可接习下一式。<br />  九式:罗汉坐禅<br />  习者自然盘坐于地上,双手在丹田部位相叠,左手在上,右手在下,掌心向上。上身正直,双眼微闭,全身放松。呼吸均以鼻深长吸深长呼。<br />  意念自己坐在热水中,全身暖烘烘的,无比舒服。如此习5—10分钟后可接习下一式。<br />  十式:罗汉收功<br />  习者自然站立,两脚分开略比肩宽,眼平视前方,自然呼吸,双掌相叠放于丹田,左手在内,右手在外,按顺时针方向揉转36次,逆时针方向揉转36次,之后将双手搓热,按摩面部18次,最后轻轻拍打全身(由上向下)。<br />  拍打后闭上双眼默念:<br />  “佛祖赐我少林神功,吾定会刻苦研习,日后有成定会除暴安良,阿弥陀佛!”<br />  内爆功修习后可接习横练功。<br />  <br />  三、十三太保横练功<br />  铁头功:<br />  一式:习者双脚分开比肩宽,双膝弯屈成高马步站立,双拳变掌放于两腰侧,掌心向上,眼平视前方。<br />  习者以鼻吸气,意念丹田真气上升至百会穴,待不能吸时以嘴大喊一声“哈”,同时右手向上抬起拍打脑部,之后呼气放松换左手。<br />  如此左右手共打头部150—200次。初习时切不可用大力,注意循序渐进。<br />  二式:习者面墙(光滑厚实之墙)成左弓步站立,上身前俯,头部对墙,双手后背。以鼻深吸气,意念丹田真气上升至百会穴,待不能吸时用嘴大喊一声“哈”,同时头部向墙撞击,意念将墙撞一个洞。之后呼气放松。<br />  如此练习100次。<br />  三式:习者靠墙倒立,双手交叉于胸前,以头顶撑地,自然呼吸,不加意念。高血压患者禁习此式。<br />  如此力尽为止。<br />  铁臂功:<br />  一式:习者用缓慢速度做俯卧撑36—49次。<br />  二式:习者成高马步站立,双手各拿一个10—20斤重的沙包放于腰侧(沙包的制法:找结实的布缝一个包,内装铁砂或沙子、石块10—20斤,之后缝好),习者用双拳轮番向前快速打出。<br />  如此左右手共习100—200次。<br />  三式:习者站于粗树旁,以右臂内侧、外侧轮番击打粗树,之后换左手。<br />  如此左右手共习100—200次。<br />  铁肘功:<br />  一式:习者侧卧于地,仅以右肘右脚外侧支撑身体,意念丹田之真气通过右肘奔泻于地底深层,力尽为止(一般5—15分钟即可)。之后换左肘。<br />  二式:习者将一摞旧报纸缠钉于树上,以双肘轮番击打,每打一肘均意念将树打断。<br />  如此左右手共习100—200次。<br />  三式:习者将砂袋(内装圆形铁砂或绿豆)置于与自身腹部因高的桌子上,用双肘轮番向下砸击,意念将袋内铁砂或绿豆击碎。<br />  如此左右肘共习100—200次。<br />  铁拳功:<br />  一式:习者用双拳面对撞100—200下。<br />  二式:习者以双拳撑地,意念丹田之真气通过双拳面奔泻于地底深处。<br />  如此力尽为止(一般习10—30分钟)。<br />  三式:习者侧卧于地,仅用右拳及右脚外侧支撑全身,左拳放于左腿侧,意念同上。<br />  如此力尽为止(一般3—10分钟)后换左拳支撑。<br />  四式:习者面对树上捆绑之报纸,以双拳轮番击打,每打一拳均意念将树打断。<br />  如此左右拳共习100—200次。<br />  铁掌功:<br />  一式:习者用缓慢速度做俯卧撑36—49次。<br />  二式:习者用双掌心对拍100—200次(主要着力点为掌根部位)。<br />  三式:习者以右掌劈击左掌习100次,之后左掌劈击右掌心100次。<br />  四式:习者将砂袋置于桌子上成高马步站立,双手变掌放于两腰侧,以鼻深吸气,同时右掌抬至头部,待不能吸时大喊一声“哈”,同时右掌向下用力劈击砂袋,之后换左掌。<br />  如此左右掌共习100—200下。<br />  五式:与四式相同,将劈击改为拍击。左右掌共习100—200次。<br />  六式:面对树上捆绑旧报纸成高马步站立,双掌放于两腰侧,以鼻深吸气,同时右掌举至头部,待不能吸时大喊一声“哈”,同时右掌劈击旧报纸,之后呼气放松换左掌。<br />  如此左右掌共习100—200次。<br />  七式:同第六式,将劈击改为用掌向前推击,如此左右掌共习100—200次。<br />  铁指功:<br />  一式:双手十指互抵,用力相顶100—200次。<br />  二式:习者以双手十指支撑做俯卧撑14—36次。<br />  三式:习者将砂袋置于桌上成高马步站立,以双手轮番抓击砂袋。<br />  如此左右手共习100—200次。<br />  四式:习者面对旧报纸成高马步站立,以双手轮番抓击旧报纸。<br />  如此左右手共习100—200次。<br />  五式:习者找寻一可装百余斤物品的坛子,坛口不可太大,以可抓握为宜,成高马步站立。以右手将坛提起,以鼻缓慢吸气,提至胸部时再以鼻缓慢呼气,将坛放回地上(以手提起放回均为缓慢运行),之后换左手。过一段时间适应后可向坛里放5斤左右沙石(无坛者可不习此式)。<br />  如此左右手共习100—200次。<br />  铁膝功:<br />  一式:习者在地上置两块坚硬砖石,用双膝跪于上面,双手叉腰,自然呼吸。<br />  如此习10—30分钟。<br />  二式:习者面对树上之旧报纸,以鼻深吸气,待不能吸时大喊一声“哈”,同时右膝抬起顶击旧报纸,意念将树顶断,之后呼气放松换左膝。<br />  如此左右膝共习100—200次。<br />  三式:成右弓步站立,以右掌用力拍击右膝100—200次,之后换左弓步,以左掌拍击左膝100—200次。<br />  铁腿功:<br />  一式:低马步站立,上身双手合十成拜佛状,如此力尽为止,自然呼吸。<br />  二式:习者自然站立,以鼻深吸气,同时右脚抬起至腹部,待不能吸时大喊一声“哈”,同时右脚用力跺地,意念将地踩个坑,之后换左脚。<br />  如此左右脚共习100—200次。<br />  三式:习者面对厚墙站立。以鼻深吸气,待不能吸时大喊一声“哈”,同时右脚抬起用力踹击墙,意念将墙踹个洞,之后换左脚。如此左右脚共习100—200次。<br />  四式:习者面对树上之旧报纸站立。以鼻深吸气,待不能吸时大喊一声“哈”,同时右腿横踢报纸(着力点为胫骨),意念将树踢断。之后换左腿。<br />  如此左右腿共习100—200次。<br />  五式:习者右腿抬起至腹部伸直,仅以左腿支撑。以鼻深吸气,同时左腿慢慢屈膝蹲下,待蹲到底后再以鼻缓慢呼气,同时左腿慢慢抬起,之后换左腿支撑。<br />  如此左右腿共习60—100次。<br />  铁布衫:<br />  习者自制一竹把。将20几片长40—60厘米,宽1—1&#46;5厘米的竹片攒在一起,捆绑紧一头,共做两个。<br />  一式:习者成高马步站立。以鼻深吸气,意念天地万物之精华被吸入丹田,待吸至不能吸时以喉发“嗯”声,同时全身绷紧,用双手竹把拍打胸部,之后放松。<br />  如此拍打80—150次。<br />  二式:同一式,将胸部拍打改为肋部。拍打80—150次。<br />  三式:同一式,将胸部拍打改为腹部。拍打80—150次。<br />  四式:同一式,将胸部拍打改为向后拍打背部。拍打80—150次。<br />  五式:同一式,将胸部拍打改为腿部。拍打80—150次。<br />  另外十三太保横练功还有铁喉功、铁肩功、铁背功等,因练法难度较大,不适宜初习者自习,非明师耳提面命不可,故暂不介绍。<br />  <br />  四、练功注意事项:<br />  (1)每天均应坚持练习1—2遍,不可间断(除大病外)。此套功法共修习90—120天。<br />  (2)练横练功时切不可一开始就硬打猛拍,应注意循序渐进。<br />  (3)如习者时间紧,横练功可选择几种喜欢的修练,不必全习(最好全习,有相辅作用),但内爆功不可选习,必须按顺序全习。<br />  (4)练横练功后可涂擦红花油、正骨水来保养。有条件可泡热水澡。<br />  (5)本功无时辰、方向禁忌,何时面对何方均可修习。<br />  (6)习本功须发声喊“哈”,若不便可改为以鼻喷气发“哼”。<br />  (7)本功不主张绝欲,但应节欲,烟、酒少沾。<br />  (8)习本功不会出偏,习者可大胆练习,少数人练功时会产生头昏感,应适当减少练功量。习本功虽可治疗多种疾病(因人而异),但并非包治百病,若习者练习一段时间无效或病情加重,应停练,勿再习之。<br />  (9)过饥过饱过度疲劳勿习练。<br />  (10)习完本功1小时内勿碰凉水。<br />  (11)此功乃内外兼修,勿偏废其一。<br />  (12)此功乃实战搏击型硬功,绝非传统之硬气功,特告之习者。<br />  (13)习本功必具备三心方可有成:吃苦的决心、坚持的恒心、必成的信心。<br />  <br />  后叙<br />
